I think the BCS is better than what we had , but far from being fair. I am also getting tired of the University President's telling us that a playoff is not in the best interest of the student athletes. This is a blatant lie, you only have to look at the Championship game being played at a later date, and the addition of the 12th regular season game. You add it all up, and it is obvious that it is all about the money. The fact that it is about the money is fine by itself, but the lies have to stop. Once they admit the fact that it is about the money and who controls it ( the NCAA or the conferences - which right now the conferences control), then they will be able to create a system that benefits everybody involved -the student athletes, the fans, the schools, the conferences, and the NCAA. Doesn't seem like it should be so secretive or hard to me!
